From an early age, Christopher has nurtured
a desire to helping people 'to get better', whether it meant doing
everything in his power to 'cure' them physically, or helping them to
achieve (and see) their greatest potential.
The result of his
dreams?
-- A Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science
and Microbiology from St. Cloud State University
-- Pursuit of a Master's Degree in Applied Sports Psychology
-- Insatiable study of exercise science, motor development, athlete
performance enhancement, nutrition and any other subject tied to
holistic health/osteopathic medicine.
-- The development of a very personal approach, coupled with effective
training systems that have brought safe, quick and long lasting results
to hundreds of clients -- corporate executives, housewives, athletes
and Hollywood/Broadway celebrities.
When not training himself or his clients,
Christopher loves traveling, snowboarding and following the Green Bay
Packers. In August, he, along with his beautiful wife, daughter and
dog, welcomed his newborn son Liam into the world.

Before working with
Christopher, I had had a series of trainers that had left me feeling at
times overworked and at times discouraged. I had been stuck in a cycle
for years of working out and dieting in extreme ways and then getting
burned out. I would yield results in the short term, but because I
couldn't sustain the extreme prescriptions of my trainers, ultimately
my results would go away and I would end up feeling exhausted and
depressed.
In my profession,
it is always very important to stay in shape and I went to Christopher
to help prepare me for pilot season. He completely reshaped not only my

Christopher I became stronger and leaner than I had ever been and in
half the time. His focus on core strength, dynamic movement and
strength training completely changed my body and the results have been
lasting. On top of aesthetic results, I have a completely different
understanding of what works for me and what is good for my body. One of
the greatest gifts that Christopher has given me is that when I have
had to go away for work, I have felt empowered to train myself
effectively.

that the way I felt about my body was a huge factor in how well I did
that pilot season. I walked away with a starring role on the Television
show, Til Death. Christopher Warden has had a lasting effect on the way
I view not only my body, but also diet and exercise. In that sense, I
can honestly say that Christopher Warden changed my life. I would not

When I met
Christopher my health was out of control – I’d left myself go. I was
143 lbs at 5𠆒”. I looked like a woman in her 50's and, to put it
mildly, I was burnt out!
After meeting with Christopher for the first time, I knew I was on my

As a result of my training, I have lost 15-18lbs, going from a Size 12
back to my normal 8! I even feel taller than ever! I feel like wonder
woman! Walking with my head up high and feeling great! I am not afraid
to lift something that may weigh 50Lbs! My family and friends have
noticed the change. My sister in-law (God bless her) says I look like I
took 15 years off my life!
The toughest part of my training is eating healthy. However, as I
practice it more it is becoming second nature. I look in the mirror now
and think," YOU GO WOMAN!"

Christopher Warden
has been my personal trainer for over two years. As a lifelong exercise
enthusiast, I chose Christopher to be my trainer because I needed
someone who would be able to take my relatively fit body to an elite
level of ability. With Christopher’s unusually high level of
intelligence and both physical and nutritional knowledge, I quickly
began to reach my goals.
However, Christopher’s true value became apparent to me over the
ensuing 2 years. I suffered several injuries (the downside of being a
lifelong exercise enthusiast!) that would have sidelined anyone who was
not training with someone as qualified as Christopher. Through his
intuitive knowledge of my body, and his endless quest for knowledge and
ability to accurately research, I was able to train throughout my
recovery periods. He has even devised a program for me that
incorporates some of the physical therapy that was vital to my recent
healing, in the hopes of preventing further injury by keeping my neck
and shoulder strong.

I found my way to
Christopher by a referral from another one of his clients, and the
first time we met, I knew I wasn’t with ‘just any other trainer’. This
guy had questions and seemed to really care about me, my body, my mind.
He taught me the importance of nutrition and a healthy lifestyle as the
foundation for great results . . . and once I got a handle on my
eating, I REALLY saw the results I wanted from training. I looked
defined and strong and my body and mind worked in unison, they way

Christopher is more than a fitness coach. He puts himself out there. He
listens. He watches. He advises. He investigates any problems that
arise and works on a solution for every client. Every once in a while I
break focus on what I'm doing and watch what he is doing while I'm
moving. He is like an artist working on a sculpture. He circles...he
looks at what I’m are doing from every angle . . . coaches me . . .
spots me . . . makes adjustments . . . continues to analyze and then
encourages me to realize that my work is paying off. And, yes, he even
