and Fitness Coach |
I provide a personal training service aimed at helping men and women to
'get better' -- to become pain-free, to lose body fat, to get stronger
. . . to become incredibly fit and healthy! Principles of exercise,
nutrition, psychology and holistic therapy are the 'tools' I use to
deliver programs that are not only effective, but supportive and
sensitive to an individual's functional, personal, professional and
spiritual goals.
This service is based out of two cities -- New
York City and Boulder,
Colorado -- and is delivered in one of three ways:
One-to-One
- Ideal for individuals willing to learn, work . . . and be proactive
about achieving their health and fitness.
Small Group
Training (Groups no larger than 10) -- Optimize time and
money, all while getting into great shape with the help of community
support! Done on 'monthly class' format to ensure consistency,
progression and RESULTS!
Online Coaching
- For self-motivated individuals who want access to a specifically
designed program, but who are unable to train in person. Programs are
written every 4-6 weeks that are specific to your needs and goals.
Effective and prepared with YOU in mind, your
training program regardless of delivery style, is built on systems that
guarantee your success when followed.
